You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, and it must be in the original packaging. The return address varies depending on your location. Please contact us using the published return email on our OTM website to obtain the return address before sending the item back. If the item does not meet the conditions described in the "Returns" section, we reserve the right not to issue a refund.
